By staying hydrated, your body’s natural ability to produce saliva is sped up which helps to prevent cavities and wipe away and plaque or tartar build up.

    As one of the easiest and most effective ways of keeping cavities away, it’s important to brush your teeth after every meal or at least twice daily. Brushing is not only good for your teeth but it is also good for your gums as well— preventing things like gingivitis from occurring. Just make sure that you are using a soft bristled toothbrush so that it won’t contribute to things like receding gums.
